Sam and I look at houses a lot. We have for several years now, but just can't seem to find the "perfect" house/price/time. Anyway, we still drag the kids around to look at houses if we're bored, even though we're not in the market right now.
This week-end we checked out Agave. I actually love the modern architecture and the fact that it's a green built neighborhood. Don't love the location, or the fact that it's across the street from a prison and waste water plant.
Anyway, the houses are cool. They have some awesome floor plans. My favorite had the kitchen on the second floor. They're very bright and roomy feeling inside.
Verdict...not our new neighborhood, but maybe they'll build another neighborhood like this in a different location. Someday.

wow! Those are fun! Never seen anything like it. Houses are fun to look at, John and I should be close to buying one... like hopefully by the end of summer :)
Ok, those definitely win the "different" award. I think I'd have to see them in person and walk one to know if I like them or not. True - the location sounds horrible!
congratulations on the house prospect this summer Kayla! That's good news- be sure to keep us posted.
